Q&A - Personal
What inspires you to compete?
My inspiration to compete, is my passion and desire to succeed in the sport and in my life. I have the most determination to progress, and help advance the sport with style and finess. I want to out beat the competition, while showing them at the same time what hard work, and fun practice can achieve for those who desire it most.
Describe your style...
My style would be described as Original Flow. I like to carve, feel the powder, and spin around on the ground while gaining speed for a nice back bowl cruise. Or get into the moment with some big tweek grabs and smooth slow rotations over some nice booters. When it comes down to the park, and what to jib, i search for my target. I get a session of tricks going in my head, and a good set up of lines i can complete. From their i go for it one trick after another improving till i feel my goal was met. When the session is over. I stop and recapitulate my days work, and thank God for all the opportunities i have each day.
Why do you like this sport?
There is absolutely no reason for any person who can keep their balance on a snowboard and enjoys cold weather, to not like the sport of snowboarding. I live Breathe, and dream snowboarding. It is a hobby, passion, and part of my desire to succeed. I love all the fundamentals, the originality, and the room to venture and grow individually in style.
How's Life Treating You?
Live is wonderful. The key to being happy and enjoying what you have, is being content. If you can give thanks and appreciate what you've been blessed with, than each day seems more of a privilage. I am striving to reach out to others, and improve my life everyday. I am happy with where i am at, and am motivated to achieve my snowboard dreams.
