Weekly Update

Well, I managed to climb up to 4th in season points for the Northern Cup Championship! We bought a 30' toy hauler with the garage area up front. There's enough room for 3-4 bikes and it's can sleep up to 8 people. No more hotel rooms for us!!! I have one more race this season with the IRACE series and I'm hoping to do well there. 2008 is looking to be a good year for me and I'm planning on winning the Northern Cup series and the IRACE series.

What inspires you to compete?

The rush of adrenalin that I get from staging all the way to the checkered flag.

Why do you like this sport?

The family attitude of all the racers. The friendships made because of our love for this sport.

Why do you compete?

For the opportunity to meet new people and to ride new tracks. Also to set and reach new goals.

How's Life Treating You?

Life is treating me pretty well. I have an awesome wife and 9 yr old son who ride with me.

How did you get started?

Started riding when I was about 7 yrs old, and finally started racing when I was 30 yrs old.

3rd place in the open class Crystal Falls 2001 on a GasGas EC300!

What are you planning for next season?

I'm planning on racing more often and showing some of the younger guys that us old school dudes can still ride...lol

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

Having a very supportive wife and family to take to the races with me.
