I just got home from the Black Jack Nationals. It was a really great thing to see. I got to see all my favorite racers even though my favorite guys were at the NBL Grands. My whole family loves "The Hermanator". I got to meet him between my races and he was really nice. He let me see his helmet up close and everything. I saw Carl Clark and "Deke" from Super Camp and they made me feel better about having a sprained knee. I really hurt all weekend and my friends from the Rusty Bowl gave us some Epsom salts to help my knee feel better. The whole hotel smelled like Tiger Balm! It is really tough to be hurt and I don't like any bit of it. It was really hard to race and go fast since I was afraid that i would break my knee even worse. I did make the main on Friday night and I made it on Sunday, too. Even though I wanted to win, I wanted not to fall more. I got a cool trophy. After racing, because I got to the Main, mom said we could go to the hotel that has the Go-karts. I got to drive twice! I can't wait to go back, next year. The first thing though, I have to let my knee rest. I can't go fast when it hurts because I get worried. Still, we all had a great time and my friends all did pretty well. See you all at the next race. It'll be at the cool new Oak Creek track. Boy, I have a lot of work to do!
