Dad and I thought it would be cool to go to Santa Clara PAL to race this Sunday. It was really windy but I had a good time. There were four of us in 7 Inter and the track is so fun. I won the first transfer and my main. Dad and Taitum met Dustin Hammond's dad. Dustin is NAG 1 and on the Staats Challenge Team. What my dad thought was great is that he was great with both his own little sister and Taitum, even though he had to race. Dustin's dad pretty much convinced my dad to go to the State Qualifier in Patterson on June 2nd. We hadn't planned on it but it's about as far as coming to Santa Clara.

I can't wait to go to Super Camp, here! My friends Frankie, Evan and Robbie are going to be there, too! Dad heard it is a lot of fun. I am psyched!

I was so happy to have a full class at the Napa track, today. My best friend Frankie Pickrell came down from Ukiah with his dad and little sister and his grandpa and grandma. they came down on a Harley! Jake Pestana turned Intermediate at Roseville last week and now he is in my class. It was Jake, Frankie and me, total points. I was fotunate to win all three motos. Frankie had me from the gate in the second moto and the main. I chased him to the second turn. Dad and mom said my rythym section is one of my strong points and I was able to pass Frankie both times to win my motos. I had a great time. Jake hates to lose as much as I do. It is really tough to win all the time in Novice and then go to Intermediate and have a hard time. But, he's like me and Frankie. He is determined to win. Jake's gonna get fast really quick. Tomorrow, I'm going to Roseville. I may not win but boy am I gonna give it my best!

I had a great time at the Nationals. It was really organized and the track looked great! I made the main Friday and Saturday, although I didn't win. I learned a lot about racing and how to be a good sportsman. Everyone that we met were so nice. All the people with the ABA and the vendors. Dad said Chad at Sprockets Bike Shop really rocked! He fixed my bike and even re-geared it before my main on Friday. My mom and dad said I got faster and faster, each day.

Sunday, I got second in my transfer. I almost won! I think things will be more fun for me at Oak Creek from here on in. I was really sad on Sunday because I didn't make the main. But I learned never to go too high on the berms and that the fast line is on the inside out  of turn three, through the rollers.

Mom got really cool advice for me from Stumpy and Bubba. It was mothers day and she is the BEST mom and a great coach.

Thanks Oak Creek and ABA and everyone I race with. It was a great time.

Last week I raced in the State Qualifier race at the Rusty Bowl. They did such a nice job with the track. It was really smooth and really fast. Brian and Tammy Ford brought a whole bunch of people from Elkhorn BMX and Skyler from Icee was there. I had a full class!

Ron Schebler and Kristi and Frank Pickrell and the Lampi family all worked hard to make it fun for everyone. The whole time the Boxwood trees around the track were shedding. It looked like a snow storm in the middle of summer. I raced my best friend, Frankie and Cooper Miller was there, and Grant. Frankie crashed on the last roller in the main and I had just enough room to go around without crashing too and I got second!

I think everyone had a great time and now lots of kids and parents know how great our Rusty Bowl is!
