Well, the gear change really helped! I almost won 9 Intermediate last Saturday! After racing I went with my dad and had some lunch. Then we went back for a clinic with Jesse Langland and Ron and Ronnie Williams. They really are helping me with my gates and rythym section. Jesse always gives me advice. My dad got tomeet his mom and said she was really nice, too.

The next day I went to Ukiah and won my motos! It was the first time I ever won at the Rusty Bowl! All the practicing and the new gears really help.

My dad and I are very new to this. Two weeks ago my bike got run into at Elkhorn. The chain wheel, spider and crank got bent. Brian at Fairfax Cyclery got it to work and ordered more cool Answer stuff to fix my bike. I think I'm even faster, now. We ran the same gearing but went down to 14 in the back and 40 up front. Same top end but I spin up quicker.
