On Sunday my dad took me, my sister and my friend Parker to the Rusty Bowl. This is the track where I first started to ride BMX. I have raced all over the country this year, even in China, and still the Rusty Bowl is my favorite track. The things that make it cool as a beginner are the things that make it cool as an expert. It is a down hill track and it is always very smooth. The obstacles are just challenging enough to let little riders get over them. What's really cool though is that the better you get, the more fun the obstacles become. My friends and I are learning to jump. We are practicing a lot. Rusty Bowl is set up just right for jumping. The obstacles let you get off the ground without any weird lips or bumps. You can go up and control your bike in the air and get down and onto the next obstacle without any surprises.
They just fixed the third turn and made it wider and faster, with a better bank. They've got more really good dirt that will make it even smoother and more fun. They ordered a new gate just like the awesome one Napa put in and they've got more concrete coming to make the pad where we all stage bigger. Ron even said they may get a little asphalt for the run-out, just like at Santa Clara. How cool is that.
Racing? Well, I raced Parker and Frankie and Dominic and this nice 10 Inter named Turbo. Frankie won. I got second with Parker right behind me for 3rd. I was really tired and slept all the way home. But boy I had a great time. Ron calls me "T-Bone" still. He's the only one that gets to. He is the person to get me started in the right way. He made it fun, and challenging and he and Kristi helped me and my whole family. If you are a mom and dad looking for a track to begin at, Rusty Bowl is it. This is where you can bring your new rider to get them ready for the big tracks like Oak Creek, North Bay and Santa Clara.
I'm going back. Hope to see you all there soon!

Season is winding down with the biggest races of the year coming up. I'm not doing the Grands this year. Instead I'm getting an education and training. My dad and I went down to Camarillo to Freedom Park BMX for a 2 day clinic with my favorite guy, Mike Redman and Greg Hill. They have different ways of telling you stuff and all of it was really good. The first day was really, really windy! When we did gate practice lots of us had trouble not being blown over! I had to wear goggles 'cause the dust was blowing like crazy. It made it really hard to do stuff but we got a really good work out. When Mike arrived he was really happy to see all of us Sonoma kids. We all had our new Redman frames. With a big smile he said, "You guys are like the angels, man!" Five spankin' new Redman framed BMX'ers ready for training! We worked really hard and Saturday was pretty cool. We stayed with family so I got to rest in a jacuzzi, have a home cooked dinner and played basketball with a really smart poodle named Pandy. Nice way to relax after so many hours on my bike.
Sunday was less wind and more work. Lot's of sprints and High lows and then first turns, second turns and then more gates. I crashed a couple of times and was really mad the second time. In the elimination sprints I beat the rider I was mad at so I felt better. At the end Mike and Greg mentioned dedication and sacrifice and told all the other kids how far we had come to train with he and Greg. I'm gonna spend the winter getting stronger and smarter. When we're home we have Ronnie Anderson helping us. Donnie Robinson has been around helping. We're all training. Of my friends from Sonoma, I'm the only one not going to Tulsa. In my heart I'll be there rooting for my buddies and a lot of you friends I've met on sponsorhouse. In the mean time. See you at the track!

This weekend I raced at Santa Clara and at Roseville. On Friday in Santa Clara they had an awesome turnout and although it was a bit cold and took forever to get there I had a bunch of fun. I raced my friends Ricky and Tyler and ended up second for the night. But hangin' out after the motos and seeing my friends and racing on a cool track is the best! We got home super late but what the heck, it's a four day weekend for me! Roseville was cool too. That's where to go to see if you're really fast. My moto was really quick and I still had fun. Brett Benson and Jackson ruled! But you know what, I had a really good time. I made my main and afterwards me and Parker and Will, Wyatt and Robbie rode till our legs turned to jelly! I crawled to the car. All my friends were yelling and cheering. Heck, Parker's dad made us French Toast in the morning. How awesome was that. Robbie won 8 Ex, Parker got 4th, I got 6th, but we were together, all of us. We jumped and we jumped and when we were too tired to do anything... we jumped some more. We may not all win all the time. That's not what we're here for. We're here for each other and because we LOVE racing! I am so happy to have all my new friends. It's been a great year. Next week, we all go to school. Can't wait to see Mike Redman and Lain and Kelsey and learn more stuff from the very best guys. It'll be my first time with Greg hill, too. ...and they decided to re-open Napa for practice on Wednesdays. What do ya know... Have fun, see you at the track.

Hello everyone,
The season is winding down. We've had mega rain this weekend and it's time to start thinking about next year. I am growing at a rate that is alarming to my dad and I have out grown my Intense Podium Jr. XL. So, we wanted to let anyone interested know that we're selling it. If all you kids are growing like I am, your parents will like knowing they can get you the "hottest" frame out there for a great price. It took me to W9 and State #3, so it's a lucky frame. Just message us here if you're interested and we'll fill you in. We're putting up pictures, as well. Anyway, it's a black, '08 Intense Podium Jr. XL with the integrated head set. Dad wants you to know that that saves some money. We can ship it in time for Christmas! See ya soon... Oh yeah, we found out last night it's a 4 1/2 week wait to get a new Podium frame. They're just not here yet...
