been a really rough year. As you know ACL surgery had me sidelined until May of this year. I was so excited to get back on the bike and when I did I felt really good, it did not take long to get back to race pace. But unfortunatley three rides in, a rider on the inside of me kicked up a baseball sized rock that washed out my front wheel and I caught myself with my new knee and I streched the ligament, turns out I was OK but, it knocked me for a loop mentally. The swelling went back down after a couple weeks with no permanant damage, but I had to take some more time off.

Well its October now, I am riding again, I am in good shape, I have been BMXing alot and we did alot of wake skating over the summer. The plan is to be racing soon with the emphasis on the new year, 2010!

Thanks to all my sponsors and we'll see you at the race's!!

To my sponsors and friends, I would like to update you on my current condition and recovery. As you may or may not be aware, late August I injured my right knee, it took a while before we realized the extent of my injury but it was finally determined to be a completely torn ACL, without question it was decided that I would get it repaired.
I could not get a surgery date until November 25th 2008, so on that date I got my ACL replaced with a graft from my hamstring (due to growth plate issues). This procedure requires a longer recovery period than the patellar graft.
Surgery went well with no complications and my physical therapy has been going very well, I am ahead of schedule compared to the norm. I am hoping maybe for a 4 month recovery, but I will make my return based on what my therapist recommends.
Meanwhile I have been working very hard on my physical recovery; my therapist has given me special exercises to help make my recovery as speedy as possible and to prepare me for a healthy return to motocross.
So with that, I want to express thanks to you all for your continued support, I apologize for not being on the track to support and promote you; my sponsor. I am there in spirit and on the sidelines for sure. I plan on a full recovery and to come back strong and in shape, my goal is to pick up where I left off and continue my ultimate goal of making a living at doing what I love most; riding and racing a motocross bike!!!
Thank you,

Things are looking better, although as far as I am concerned this is really going to suck being off the bike for as long as they are telling me, up to 5 more months. I had my ACL / Hamstring graft surgery 11/25/08, I have been to physical therapy three times now and have been working at home as well to strengthen my quads and getting my range of motion back. But, everything is on a time table because I have to be careful not mess up the new graft; it needs time to be fully fixated and strong before I can resume all my normal activities. So, in the meantime I am doing some chill’ in with my friends and working hard on getting back to 100%. Also, my Dad is going to be doing some racing, so I’ll be at the races doing some pitting for him.

Thanks to everyone especially all my sponsors!!

Well I am finally going to get my knee fixed, I am going in on Nov. 25th for a complete ACL replacement. the Doc thinks maybe this happened like it did because my previous knee injury didn't quite heal up like we had hoped, it seems my ACL pulled a small piece of bone from the Tibia, it wasn't a tear, it actually pulled away from the bone. Anyway scheduling issues caused the delayed surgery, I am not sure what the recovery time will be yet, but I know I am gonna bust my butt to get back in the saddle ASAP!!!!

Thanks to all my sponsors!!
CU @ the races soon!

Well, it’s been a while since my last post; been out racing and riding living my dream. But, as things sometimes go, about a month ago at my last race at Starwest I planted my foot in a small hole in a high speed turn and jammed my knee; well the result was a complete separation of the ACL. What that means is I need a patella ligament graph that basically means I am out for the remainder of this season. Which is a tough pill to swallow because I really thought I was making good progress and be able to make a full assault on the Novice class in 09’. Three knee injuries in a year and a half….damn.

The hardest thing about this is I am not riding and I am really going nuts not being able to ride, so I have this procedure scheduled and as soon as its done its on with rehab / therapy and back on my bikes. So, a bit of a road bump in my plans, but I plan on being ready for the GFI Winter Series in 09’. I don’t know where I’ll be as far as speed, but I know I’ll be ready physically.

I want take this time to thank all my sponsors for all the help and support, I will be back for 09’. Stronger, better, faster……………..

See you @ the races!!!!

1st race since my first knee injury on March 18th, 2007, wasn't sure of which class to ride since it had been so long and I had moved up to the big bikes, it was recommended that I run 125/250f Beg instead of Novice. 1st moto, pulled the hole shot and led for one lap until one guy passed me at the triple, 2nd lap got passed again at the triple ( I just wasn’t ready for that triple, it was technical and BIG) 2nd place guy fell, I rode smooth and smart and took 2nd. 2nd moto I got a 2nd place start, fought hard and rode smart, still wasn’t doing the triple, there were about seven guys doing it , I picked good clean lines and tried to be smooth, picked up a third. I ended the day with a 2nd and 3rd for 2nd Overall.

I would like to thank Craig Davis and crew at Vet X Racing for a great event; we will be doing more Vet X Racing.

And a huge THANKS to all my sponsors for staying with me!

Well, 2007 started our great and it seemed to end as soon as it started. But hey lets forget all that, it's January 2008 and I am healthy again. I have a new bike, I am moving up to the big bike ranks, and we have been riding locally getting the bike setup. I am feeling very confident on the new bike; I am looking forward to be racing very soon. My Dad and I went riding at Milestone MX Park for the first time last week. I have to say it is a very nice facility, kind of a cross between Cahuilla and Glen Helen. It’s good to have so many tracks to where we can ride. I want to thank all my sponsors for all there help and to apologize for being laid up pretty much all of 07’. So visit all my sponsors links and buy there products, they all produce top notch products, otherwise we would not be using there stuff. So hey, here is to a GREAT 2008!!! Oh, by the way check out my new pics from Milestone!!!

Unfortunately I am still out of action; I broke my right tibia at the knee on March 18th of 2007, requiring surgery and therapy. I was off the bike for 4 months; I started riding again in August. Building my endurance and getting back up to speed, when it happened again, August 21st, the exact same injury only this time my left leg. Unbelievable, but I am not deterred, I love riding and racing my motorcycle, I will make a comeback and be stronger and tougher than ever.

Please help me support my sponsors, buy there products, its the best in the biz!!!!

Thank you,

Hey, whats up everyone? I am on a little vacation, it seems my last race at Racetown, which was Rnd 5 GFI Winter Series, did not go as I had planned.  I was tied for second in points, I had won my class at Cahuilla the weekend before, I felt real strong and was riding good. In my first novice moto I got a bad start, ( I know I gotta stop doing that) it was windy, but thats alright I was figuring out the whole jumping / windy thing and I had the track wired. The guy I was tied with got the holeshot but went down so I did'nt have to worry about him. I came up through the field and reeled in second place and i guess I got a little impatient and overjumped the table before the finish line turn, landed in a braking bump and got pitched off. Result was a broken upper tibia, surgery and probably the best of part of 3 months off the bike. But I'm good, learning how to do some pretty cool tricks in a wheel chair. So, look for me at the track with my Dad, I'll be the one in the lght blue and orange cast.

Well, 2006 is over and 2007 is upon us. I look forward to bigger and better things! We finished off 2006 with the Pro Am GP/MX at Glen Helen. Wow, what an experience, I had never done a GP before. It turns out it was a five mile course that included the national track, the REM track, the hills above the track and some long rough and smooth straights. I stalled the bike at the start and started in last place. We were geared wrong for the fast sections, so I would get passed in the flats and have to repass in the technical stuff. We have not received our supermini motor yet, so we had to run the same bike all weekend, and we had issues prepping the bike for the supermini GP, so we failed to start that event. Sunday was all MX on a long, way cool, national track. I had falls in the supermini motos and a flat rear in the first 12/13 moto and a pile up in the second that left me in last place again, playing catch up. I am looking forward to 2007, and putting the bad luck behind me and learning from the mistakes I made. I want to thank all my sponsors for helping us through 06'. 2007, bring it !!!!!
