1. go out there and do your best to succed
2. don't give up during the race if your in last you can get to first the race isnt over until they waze the chekered flag
3. help others out if they are having a hard time on that track help them out tell what to do in to certain places expessisaly if they are in the same class as you because helping them makes you faster
4. if someones bike isnt running right or is something is broke help them out by using your own self experiance
5. make a good impression around beggining riders so they relize the sport is fun instead of peple yelling at each other.
