March 1, 08  -  I crashed in Bremen on the 1st race of the season and broke my upper arm .  I  had my 1st ambulance ride and hope its my last but know its probably not because it is MX.

March 3, 08  -  I went to the Ortho Dr. and they said they want my swelling to go down and try to let my arm drop into place with a cast.  I will go back to the Doctor in a week to see if I have to have surgery.  They have surgery scheduled for the following Monday if needed to put in pins.

March 13, 08  -  I went to the Doctor and the news wasn't good.  I will be having surgery on Monday.  She is going to try to set it but if that doesn't work she will put in pins and maybe more. 

March 17, 08 -  I had surgery and it went OK but was alot more than expected.  The bone went through my bicep muscle, tendon and soft tissue but thankfully it didn't touch the nerve.  The Doctor had to reconstruct all of the muscle, tendon and tissues and then put in 3 pins.  I will have pins for 4 weeks and then start physical therapy 2 weeks after the pins come out.  She said the bone would be fine in 6 weeks but the other issues would take months to heal.  I will be out for a while, could be 6 months.  My return to MX will be up to my healing and how hard I work in therapy.   I miss it so much and will be working very hard in therapy!

April 15,  08 - Went to the Doctor and they took out the 3 pins and said bones look good but I have to wait for 2 more weeks before I can start physical therapy.  My muscles have to heal for 6 weeks.  She said I will still be out 3-4 more months. BUMMER!!! Thats MX Racing!

June 3, 08  -  Went to the Doctor and she said I was doing GREAT and if I kept it up I might be able to ride in 4 weeks but maybe 6 weeks.  I have to work out very hard to be able to ride in 4 weeks.  I'm so excited!!!  I can't wait to get back on my bike!

July 15, 08  -   Went to the Dr today and I'm free!!!!    I can ride again and all is good!!!  Thanks to everyone who was responsible for my recovery. 

Aug. 08  -  I'm back to riding and getting in shape for next year!

• Sep. 6,  08 -  Raced Big Cedar and feel like everything is coming back!
• Aug. 29, 08-  Raced Challengers Cup for a whole weekend and it felt GREAT!
• Aug. 08       -  I've been training and practicing to get in shape and think I'm ready to race!
• Jul. 15, 08  -  I'M FREE TO RIDE AGAIN AND ALL IS GREAT IN THE WORLD!!!!!
• Jun.  3, 08  -  Went to Dr. for follow up and she said only 6 weeks therapy left and then I can RIDE!!
• Apr. 15, 08 -  Got my pins out and have 2 more weeks before I can start therapy.
• Mar. 17, 08 -  Had surgery on my shoulder and arm.  Out for up to 6 months.
• Mar. 1st, 08 -  Broke my humerus on the 1st race of season.  Waiting to see if I need surgery.
• Jan. 08 - Feb. 08  -   Getting back in shape and some seat time for start of  new season
• Nov. 17 - Dec. 17  -  Out with a broken left wrist.  Get my cast off Dec. 17th
• Nov. 07 - Dec. 07  -  Twin Peaks Fawl Brawl (4 race series)
• Sept. 07 -  AMA Georgia State Championship
• May 07 -  Memorial Day Classic (2 day event)
• Mar. 07 - Nov. 07 -  Raced the MotoMadness SX Series (30 race series) Finished 1st Place
• Mar. 17 - Rode in KJSC and had a GREAT DAY as a PRO in Orlando Supercross.
