Questions
What inspires you to compete?
Lately, it's just been a drive to race. I just needed to feel like I was doing something, which earned me 'The Most Improved Girl Rider' at Olathe BMX.
Why do you like this sport?
It's different. Not as many people do this as football, or baseball, or something like that and it's something our whole family can do together, which is a great plus.
Music?
I like a lot of different stuff. Mostly rock and pop. I like some country and some rap, but not much. And I'll listen to anything I can dance around to.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I like myself just the way I am. Besides, I don't need to grow up until my dad does.
What has been your most embarrassing moment?
haha There's been a few. But one day, right after I got off work, I rushed over to the track and was practicing in my new jeans. I forgot to roll up the leg, and they were sorta baggy jeans. I slammed out of the gate and flipped before I hit the end of the concrete. Whacked my elbow pretty hard, which messed up my wrist. The embarrassing part was it was my first lap of the day.
