I got started wen i was around 5 wen my dad first started pushing me in on waves. ive been kind of off and on with scool and other sports but then last summer i got hooked. and ive been going pretty much everyday since then.
my competitive highlights wuld prob. have to be wen i was like 8 or 9 wen i cam in second in my division at the R.M. surf classic
I am planning on improving and making my schools surf team. (Carlsbad High) i am also hoping to finally LAND an air.
My biggest accomplishment was prob. surfing a 10-15 ft. day at honolua.
i have been competetive my whole life and i just love the sport.
probably when i tried to get barreled and the lip hit me and my board hit me in the head really hard
just the thrill of flying down the line and then doing a turn with a massive spray
My style i try to keep individual. some people have told me my style is a little like tom currens but i try to keep it unique and individual to myself
i compete because i love the atmosphere of contests and meeting new frends. i also like to see how i measure up with other surfers from around the area.
