Hi my name is Sheldon, I've been married for 10 years,my day job is local P/D truck driver with Armour Transportation Systems, Ive been a truck driver for approximatly 5 years.
I have recently rediscovered a sport that I participated in as a child. My friends and I used to ride our bmx bicycles down the hills around my house, through the woods... over jumps and the like. I wasnt really aware this was actually a sport untill introduced to it by my brother in-law, who at the time was looking for something less expensive than motocross. So about 3 years ago i purchased a used DH bicycle. For the past 2 years my friends and I have been following and riding the local race events, we havent competed, however, we feel very competitive. This fall and winter we have set up a training schedule, to be ready to compete in the 2009 season, all events. I still am using the frame i purchased almost 3 years ago, however I hope to have a newer more nimble model for the 09 season. |
