What inspires you to compete?
My husband. My goal is to be the best female drug free powerlifter and strongwomen. And having the strength to lift,squat or press it some crazy weight.
Why do you like this sport?
It is challenging and there's not to many women powerlifters, strongwoman who are complety drug free.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Yes! I usually do 2 days a week doing deadlifts one day and squats and bench the other. And some alternate exercises for my weaker muscles. As well as body weight exercises for conditioning.
Why do you compete?
Because it's different...and I like being strong!
Some Personal Information About Me:
I love the sport of powerlifting, Strongwoman and highland games. They are different and hard to do, I love the challenge of the lifting, and challenge of learning how to throw. One challenge I found was my height is a very big issue in 2 of the sports that I love, but it's the fun of trying to overcome this obstacle.
