I have a friend that is in the expert class and went with him to a few local races. He encouraged me to try it and was hooked since.
I won my first race on a borrowed bike. Within my first sixty days I had two wins, a third in a redline qualifier, two thirds and a fourth in my first National (Dixieland), second in my first State Qualifier, and made the main in every district race except one. All on a borrowed bike.
Now that I have my own Bike, or mostly my own (still a few borrowed parts on it), I hope to improve my speed and endurance. Hopefully with a few sponsors I can crank out some more wins. My class at my home track is tough which helps me improve for the bigger races. I also have been working this summer build a neighborhood track to get some more practice in.
Traveling all the way from Chattanooga as a novice to Delaware for the First State National. After I wrecked out of Saturday's race I was up and running Sunday to take home second place.
