Well this year started off rough for me. I didn't get any practice in and only did a couple of races in the spring. I had three jobs going working 80+ hours a week.  Half way through the summer I landed a good full time job and was able to cut back on the hours and work load. the I raced for 9 weeks straight and really got a confidence booster. Every week i felt like I was riding better and it kept getting easier. My last was the most fun I've had racing. I hooked up with an A rider and I rode his pace for the second half of the race without any problems. I placed 4th overall racing Open B and that was a great accomplishment for me. It was the last race of the season and now I can't wait for the 08 season to start.  My job is going great and everything is lining up quite well for racing next season.

I was also able to race the 2007 Klotz Ironman GNCC race in crawfordville Indiana.  I have never run a three hour race before so I didn't know what was going to happen.  I placed 15th in open B  It was a lot of fun to be on the trails with guys like David Knight, Barry Hawk, Charlie Mullins and so on.  I can't for next year to give it another go.
