When did RMRBMX get its start?
Rocky Mountain Racing (RMR) Bicycle Motocross (BMX) Team was started in 2005 as a not-for-profit team dedicated to serving the needs of riders and families by providing a safe, fun and supportive environment in which riders could learn skills, develop positive self-concepts and accept others no matter what skill level.
About our Team
RMRBMX has grown to become a well- established national level BMX race team with dedicated and accomplished riders competing at local, district, state, regional, and national levels. Our riders range from age 6 to age 47, and compete at all skill levels. With a dedicated training facility at Berthoud BMX track, our riders have the opportunity to train on a regular schedule.
Goals for 2009
RMRBMX has a very exciting opportunity to promote the sport of BMX racing to youth affiliated with the Boys and Girls Club of America by providing training programs for new riders. In addition, we would like to be able to send our qualifying riders to the UCI World Championships.
