Why do you like this sport?

I love the speed and having to deal with lots of different variables. I like using the tools (bike, car) to get the most out of the tires.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I train five to six days a week, a couple of hours in the day. I am currently using MTB Strength Training Program.

Why do you compete?

To continually improve at what you do. The better you do something the more fun it becomes.

Employment / Experience Summary

I am a Professional Race Car Driving Instructor. I Started in 1993 with the Skip Barber Racing School. 1994 - 1998: Competed in the Skip Barber Race Series and various Autocross events. 2001 - Present: Race Karts Local Venues 2006 - Present: Did my first XC and DH Mountain Bike Race and Won in Class respectively.
