2008 Racing Season
Well, the racing season seems to be in full swing, as long as the weather cooperates with us. So far I've raced an NBL National (Morristown,TN) and 2 local races. I'm feeling pretty good about the way I've been riding. I still have a long way to go though. I started the year out in the gym doing a lot of cardio and hitting the weights pretty hard too. I kind of slacked off though in the month of March but I'm trying to get back on track again. I've been riding my bike as much as possible during the week, doing sprints and practicing manualling. My next big race will be the ABA East Coast National in Spartanburg,SC April 25-27. It should be a really good time. I get to hang out with some friends I haven't seen in a long time.
