2009..What a year....Sorry for not updating my profile sooner, BUT here it is....Well 2009 more or less SUCKED for me!!!! On April 19, 2009 I looped my bike in a field, landed on my Left Arm the Wrong Way & Shattered my Arm/Elbow into approx. 6-7 pieces....Luckily my ONEAL, STEEL-MX & 661 Gear kept the rest of me in 1 Piece & looking like a Well Outfitted IDIOT!!I now have a Titanium Plate & Screws in my arm. I have been riding my 2008 Suzuki/Cylinder-Works/Hot-Cams/Moto-Master Brakes DRZ440SM to work to keep some piece of mind, until I am sure the arm can begin the Off-Road Beatings again. I bought a Disk Brake Cannondale F7 (DISK BRAKES ON A MOUNTAIN BIKE...HOW COOL IS THAT)& have the Stationary Trainer so I can start getting into shape this winter. I have x-ray images of my arm & plan on posting them. I hope 2010 is better & INJURY FREE!!!! At 43 I don't need this SHAT!! Thanks to Dunlop for giving my bike the Grip to WHOOP MY ASS & AMSOIL, ENGINE ICE, TWINAIR & WORKS CONNECTION for giving me piece of mind by protecting the Internal & External parts of my bikes. Some Personal Information About Me:
Married with 4 kids- 3 Boys & 1 Girl. One boy rides a KLX125L & the other a KTM50SX Pro Jr.. My Girl is scared to death after the 50 took her for a hell ride, up to that point I thought she was going to be a rider.
I now own a 2008 Suzuki DRZ400SM...Switched to a Yosh RS-2 Full System & installed a FCR39MX, Braided Steel Brake Lines, "ZETA-ed" Out...This bike is a BLAST TO RIDE...I'm thinking of going to Cuddleback, NY this year to try the SM DRZ Class. WHAT THE HELL!!! RIGHT ;)

Love technical..Rocks, Logs, Mud...Long Sweepers & Fire Roads. I am not as fast as I used to be, but I am consistant & Love Long Rides, Candle Light Dinners in the Woods & holding the handlebars of my loved one....Gotta go before the wife see's this..

Dual Sport August 9-10 Hancock, NY... Ride the Trails that were used for the Worl Enduro Rounds. Se ya there it will be a BLAST. 90 Miles of riding each day.... |
