I didn't want to rust in over the British winter so I sought, NAY, hunted down a couple of series races to keep the juices flowing and fine tune some race skills during the off season.

I've decided to hit a two different winter series this, 'er, winter in the UK.

First up will be the Sheffield (United Kingdom) Indoor 4X Winter Series. 3 races I've been told with the dates to be announced.

Second, I'll be hitting up Hamsterly 4X winter series called, "Pump Fiction." The race series starts the first Sunday of December with a total of three races in that series as well.

The dates for Sheffield and Hamsterly will be posted here as soon as the guys at those venues give me the word.

Props goes out to Martin "Oggy" Ogden from MAW Racing/Identiti Bikes for hooking a brother up with a place to stay during the winter series races and for KILLIN' it at the local Chicksands race and driving home the number one spot in Elite.

Thanks for the support my friends!

P.S.   The Yeti is well on her way to becoming a real bike. I'm still waiting on bars, the BB, and a chain device to complete the package.

Well, there are bound to be some bugs in a new web site! This is my third attempt at putting this blog up. If I didn't want to give credit where credit was due, I'd have given up, but this..this is too good to let go.

Long story short.

Good friend, fellow AFSOC trained killer, and bike mechanic, Andrew Peters, tricked me into going to his house to pick up, "Something from the fridge he needed."

Went to Peters' house-found new Yeti 4x machine and all the fixings I need to get her going on kitchen floor.

Me-Surprised, stoked, and a lot like a crackhead who found a twenty dollar bill on the sidewalk.

Peters- fronted the money so I could get back on the track and make things happen for 2007 and get to World's next year.

I'd been saving my money for sometime now, but I wouldn't have been able to purchase the frame until Feb or March of 2007-the start of the National Points Series racing here in England. I would have been cutting it really close.

Thank you Peters and thank you Pat Campbell-Jenner from Identiti Bikes who was offering up his rig (Pat's got a busted leg that's got him collecting dust on his current bikes! Oh, but soon, man, soon, you'll be killing the courses and snaggin' trophys left and right!) so I could finish up some local races!

With friends like these, man, there is no limit to how far I can go.

After spending a month in the beautiful Med, I've returned home to my friends and family in England. It took three days in a C-5 Galaxy, two stops in two different countries, and some clever packing to get home, but here I am.

After spending some quality time with the family, I had to take a serious look at my 4x bike. She'd suffered some damage at the last National Points Series and there will have to be changes for the 2007 season.

My forks blew a seal on the right stanction and they're leaking some a great deal of oil everytime the forks are compressed. My frame is fractured at chain stay near the seat post.

I'm a military man, so it goes with out saying that money isn't something I have to spare. Which brings me to the point of this blog. Thank you very much Sponsorhouse.com for being there for us. With out this company, I don't think I would have found my way to the sponsors I have. To my sponsors; Thank you for taking the time to help guys like me in our respective sports. With out companies like my sponsors and Sponsorhouse.com, I don't think I'd be racing at the level I am, and for your support, I am very grateful.

For 2007 I'll be sporting a new, longer full-suspension 4x frame with a pair of new Fox 36 TALAS forks. It's just a few changes I'll be making to my rig for next season as some of the parts on my current busted bike have seen better days!

Now, get on yer' bikes and ride.
