Training Schedule

My training schedule is as follows: (3 to 4 days a week) Weight training: 45 minutes Running/biking: 45 minutes Swimming: 1 hour Weight training for building overall strength. Running/biking extra work out for legs and endurance. Swimming overall work out: back, fore arms, legs. Greatly improves endurance. Feel free to comment!
