Off season training

Hey there people, just got home from school and decided to write a short blog article. Well it's the 11th of February, Valentines day is almost up, a holiday I always hated whether I was alone or with someone :P. Anyway, the MX season is about to start, I'm training really hard for it, I decided that I'm going to get the greatest results, if not, I might as well crash and bail out of the race. I've been training a lot in the off season but I still feel that I'm not ready for it. Not that kind of way, I'm always ready for a challenge, but I'de like to take it up to a higher level, with fast evolution so that people can say.. "is this the guy that raced last year??". It's a hard to reach goal, but I want it, and if I want it then I WILL achieve it!!
I've spent a lot of time in the GYM training with a special program I made for motorcross racing, I've been snowboarding in Zell am See, Austria, I also have weights at home so I do some home training too when I feel like I have energy left. We're in the middle of building a house so I'll have my own garage there all for myself. I'm looking forward for this season, I just hope that I won't brake any bones this year, I broke a toe last year, my right elbow, cracked my hip bone, so I was out for a long time, I can't stand watching the others ride while I'm out, so I won't let that happen this year!
