OBJECTIVE To find local and/or regional businesses to sponsor my snowboarding and help showcase my skills and passion for the sport in competitions in local and regional events.
EDUCATION Currently in 9th Grade at Housatonic Regional High School
BACKGROUND I was born December 25, 1990 in Bolivia, South America. In 1995, at the age of 4 ½ years I was adopted and moved to the U.S. I live 2 miles from Mohawk Ski Area in Cornwall CT, started skiing at age 5 and snowboarding at age 9. I snowboard whenever and wherever I can. I spend most of my free time snowboarding and race anyone willing. We live on a hill and I build “terrain parks” with tables and jumps with available materials, like old car seats, a metal rowboat, an old V.W. Bug, rocks and trees. This is my first year competing.
COMPETITIONS USASA (United States Snowboarding Association) Catskill Series 2006:
January 22, 2006 Boardercross at Hunter Mountain, NY- placed 6th
January 28, 2006 Boardercross at Hunter Mountain, NY- placed 7th
USASA Massachusettes Series 2006:
2 Boardercoss races at Bousquet, MA on February 12, 2006
won Silver medals both events

ACCOMPLISHMENTS Placed First most years from grade 1 to grade 8 in the annual one mile race - State of CT Physical Fitness test.

Inline roller-blading, biking, tennis.
