Why do you like this sport?
I like this sport because it takes both mental and physical aspects to be successful. You can`t have one without the other. I also like it because of the comradery and the family side of it. The motocross community has been like a great big family experience for me. Everyone I come across is only offering me support and encouragement.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
Being a former football athlete training is no stranger to me. I have been training my body for six straight years so making the transition to this sport has been fairly easy as far as training goes. The only thing that gets me is the fact that nothing replaces the actual thing. You can live in the gym and do tons of cardio all week and to out to the track on the weekend and be bushed after three or four laps. The only thing that gets you in shape for riding is riding.
