What inspires you to compete?
I want to be the best at what I do. Inspiration comes from my mindset of what I train for. My loved ones, they push me, and that alone inspires me. That people take time out of there lives to help me.
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
I train alot! I train at 6am morning for a 3 mile run. I come back to my apartment and grab my bike and do another 10 mile bike 3-5 times a week. I swim 4 times a week for 20 minute intervals of an hour. I also strenth train and do multiple medicine ball routines almost everyday.
Music?
I like to listen to a huge variety of music. Depending on how I feel or how I am doing. I will listen to rock or rap to get me going. But don't mind relaxing to just about anything even country and classical music is good. Relaxation music is key to keep your mind focused.
Why do you like this sport?
It keeps me extremely healthy and fit, and trains my body to be the best. It challenges me more than anything in my life, and I plan on doing it till my body doesn't allow it anymore

Balls to the wall, yet I keep it under control and systematic. Keep my mind focus yet clear. I love my swagger on and off the course
