What inspires you to compete?

The adrenalin rush I get just before the race and to prove you are never to old to do an extreme sport. And my Team. Team Inseino

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am a hairstylist by trade. I also teach fitness classes. Love to spin. I teach spin Aqua and body works. I have also done pool therapy.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I worked out every day. I try to go to the track 2-3 times a week. I do TKD twice a week. I lift and teach my classes. Keeps me busy.

Music?

I am pretty eclectic. I don't like punk or very heavy metal. Other than that I am pretty open.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

I don't really have one. Or may be just to old to remember and or care. but I don't embarrass easily. : )
