What inspires you to compete?

The adrenalin rush I get just before the gate drops and trying to do better all the time.My Team "Team Inseino"

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Yes, I try to get to the track 3 to 4 times a week and I go to the gym. Spinning classes and I lift. I teach 6 different kinds of fitness classes a week,from Bodyworks,Aqua Spinning . I go to Tae Kwon Do twice a week. I do something every day.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I hope I never grow up. I like the kid in me. But as a grown up I am a hairstylist. But I work as a fitness instructor. Also am a Aqua therapist. Is good for me when I get hurt.

Music?

Pretty much everything as long as it grabs me. No jazz and punk though and not to much heavy metal.I grew up with AC/DC Pink Floyd and the Doors.

How's Life Treating You?

Good right now. Trying to get back into training. Summer is here and I am hoping to get to the track more often

Past my Tae Kwon Do test

Well I passed my test and now am red one stripe. Slowly but surely I am getting there. Will try to post some of my Tae Kwon Do stuff one of these days. Now I just want to get busy training again. Summer was a little lazy. But it did the body good

history

I started racing in 1999 . I figured it would be more fun to do it then to just stand on the side lines. In 2000 I won the NBL grands and ended up being National #2 in NBL and Nag 6 in ABA. The following season I crashed real bad and lacerated my liver. So I gave up racing for 5 years. August 2005 I decided to ride again and started my racing for the 2006 season. Even though I had a couple of bad crashes my season ended up great for the first year back. I ended up with a NAG 1 and National 11 plate in ABA and a National #1 plate in NBL.
