I'll be off to another Cross Country race this weekend. TCCRA Malakoff for about 32 miles of climbing crossing and fun. Hope to see ya all there should be a blast.

The orthopedic surgion gave me a green light to compete again. So i'm hittin the cross country track again on January 5th. Lets see how I do after that monstor cash and 5 weeks off. Wish me luck it's supposed to be a tuff track this time.

Yep, practicing hard at Village 2 weeks ago and managed an endo onto my left shoulder & caught my bike in the process. Result = broken distal clavical and a nice contusion over my spleen. Did a day and a half in the hospital and now I have a christmas brake from riding. Blah!
