During bike week Rich and Aaron headed down south to race in two AHRMA nationals. The first one was held at 1/4 Mid-Carolina Speedway in Neeces, South Carolina. In the 600 sportsman class Aaron took second in his heat race only two come away with his first AHRMA national victory in the main event after a fierce battle with former GNC expert Rob Mclendon. Rich took two impressive heat race victories in both the Senior 1 class and the 70's Singles 50+. He finished the night off by finishing 3rd and 4th overall, respectively in the main events. Next we moved on to the super-fast half mile at Olgethorpe Speedway. Aaron continued his winnning was by coming out victorious in his heat race in the 600 Sportsman class while Rich got 4th in the extremely competitive 70's singles 50+ class. That is where our luck would run out for the night. At the start of the Senior 1 heat race, the cam chain tensioner on their XL 480 Honda would break, causing not only Rich, but also Aaron to have to pack it in since we both race the same bike in the 600 and Senior class. Rich would finish the night with a 6th in the 70's Singles 50+ class before heading back to Ohio. Although we had a bit of misfortune, it was a great start to the season with a national win under our belt. We are excited for the spring to roll around so that we can keep the momentum going our way. Thanks to all of our sponsors for your support and see you at the races!

As the winter slowly comes to an end we have been very busy trying to get everything ready for the season. We were able to hit one indoor in January in Greenville Ky. It was a Steve Nace promoted race and was alot of fun. Our results were not anything spectacular, but we took our brand new 450's that we had not ridden once so it wasnt really a suprise. It was nice to get some laps in on them working on dialing everything in. The competition was super tough, both the Gillium kids fly especially at this track that is pretty much in their back yard and Horizon Award winner Jeffery Carver is also super fast. We definetelty didnt lose to stiffs thats for sure. Regardless we had a good time and cabin fever is really bad around now so anytime you can get some laps in during the winter in Ohio is good. Dad and myself are getting ready to head to S.Carolina and Georgia to race in a couple of AHRMA Nationals at the end of the month which we are really excited about. I have to say my dad and others have put in some serious hours trying to get the bikes ready. This year alone we have 4 new rides that need to be race ready while rebuilding and going over all the other bikes has been a serious chore which I cant thank him enough.

The dirt-track season is officially over for the year. We are now doing as much trail, and motocross riding we can get in before the weather starts to turn bad, hopefully we can also get to a couple of indoors this winter we wish there were more of them closer to Ohio. When it gets cold enough we will be hitting the ice, hopefully we can have a good ice season so that we can get our new 450's on the big ponds!
