A big Welcome and Thank you goes out to my new Sponsorship with Arglly Motorsports for the Canadian Vet National Series.

Well It could have been a whole lot worse so I can not complain about the little bit of damage the bike has suffered and is now awaiting parts.

What happend was in my first Jr B race which was after my ladies race in Alix's, a big rock hit the ignition casing and shifter.  Initially I felt the false neutral the rock hit the shifter into and of course the sound.  I stopped to have a quick look to see if oil was gushing out and it wasnt so finished the race.  When I got back to the pit I notice that the top dead center plug was missing and there was some dirt inside.  So a oil change came next to a realization that there was only almost 1/2 a liter left in the engine.  A temp of a plug was put in with some duct tape to attempt to at least do the second moto of the ladies.  After taking off from the line and cassing the first jump I knew there was something wrong, but pushed as much as I could even thou I lost the pack and could barly get enough power to stay in front of last place.  I had not thought of riding the bike in the last moto of Jr B, so loaded up and went home to check out the mess I made of my bike.  Dirt in the Oil filter made me a bit nervous but the engine its self looked clean and dirt free, but the clutch wasnt  so luck with the low level of oil I fried the clutch, i can deal with that as that is way better then needing a new Engine.:)

So now some more time off to let the body heal and fix up the bike in time I hope for the next races in a week, but its at home so I have that extra time usually used for travel to be prepared, I hope!!  :)

Thank you to all my sponsors for their continued support:

Dunlop, SMX, GoPro, Girlyz, 4stroke, Fuel, Pivot works, Ready racing, Vortex, 661, O’neal, MXBB, Driven, Ap racing, MX mega store, Old Hill Oils Ltd, weapons mx, and MXBonz

Well the choice to miss out on the Swan Hill race to let my hand heal didnt come easy, but was the best choice to make at this time.  Fall series starts at the end of July, but Ill have to decide on the rest of the provincial series, being Im missing this one.  All part of the sport, just wish the season wasnt so short here.

Has been decided that I will take a week off to let my thumb and wrist heal better and then decide if Ill go to the Womens National in Edmonton.  If I dont go it will give my hand an additional week to heal before the SOAB series starts up again.
