Well after not riding all week and only really walking almost normal by Wednesday, riding for the weekend seemed like a possable idea.  Funny how fast you lose your stamina and strenght when your not able to do much due to injury.  So with my bruised hip bone still hurting greatly along with the injured ankle, which made left turns a challenge all on there own, I lined up to race.  If all I got out of the race day was the experience of slow riding I got that for sure as I felt like a snail and couldnt take the impact of landing jumps or hiting any of the bumps on the track with out very sharp pains, so all I could do to make it the whole race was to roll absolutly everything and pulling over when the girls came around to lap.  Kind of sucked in a lot of ways but experience is experience even if its not pain free or as fast as I could go, there is hope for next year and the next race.
As for now it is time to heal!

Wow what can I say about Kamloops but loved it and want to go back and ride it when I have two good ankles to ride on.
I think the track was really fun to ride on both the amature day and the national day.  Being the sandiest track I have ever ridden, I liked how the track was maintained and groomed only one spot I kind of questioned for design and it did get a bit dusty causing a crash on the Amature day third last race. 
I learned a lot and am excited to get back out and do another race in Kamloops.
Next on the weekend is Calgary National.

Amature day moto one 25th moto two 20th overall 24th
National day 23rd first moto second moto best lap was 23rd but crashed in the 3rd last lap and DNF and got a trip to the hospital. Finished 30th overall
