What has been your most embarrassing moment?
My most embarassing moment would be when i was practicing before the race at atco motocross and just slid off my seat in a turn. I felt so dumb because it was so random.
What inspires you to compete?
I am inspired by my family friend Jack Memmalaar. He used to race pro atv motocross and he helps me out a lot. Also all the people out there who race. We go out there and beat ourselves up for a piece of plastic most of the times. I think that is inspiring all in its own.
Describe your style...
My riding stlye is flowing i would say. I like to try and keep it loose and i LOVE technical tracks.
Do you like to travel? What's your best (clean) road trip story?
I travel a lot with my dad. We go all over the place. Last year we went to Utah to snowboard. We've also gone to Yellowstone, California and many other places. At one point when we were at Whistler Blackcomb my dad was skiing down a bowl as i was sitting at the top. As he went down his skis stuck to the snow due to the difference in temperature and the consistancy of the snow. He proceeded to faceplant into the powder. That was by far one of the funniest things ive ever seen happen to my dad.
Some Personal Information About Me:
I currently am attending Susquehanna University in Pennsylvania for Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
I am origionally from Chester, New York
I obviously love riding and i think the people who are involved are also some of the best people in the world. They are so much fun to be around and i've never met a person i didn't like.
How did you get started?
I got started in racing when i first bought my bayou 220 and decided i needed to jump it everywhere. I then realized i should get out of the woods and on to the track. As soon as i turned 16 i was at my first race. I've been addicted ever since.
List your competitive highlights
My 2006 season is my biggest highlight. I Moved up to B class and I finished 6 overall in District 34 where in the previous year was barely even ranked in C class. I also maintain the 9th spot in open B at atco motocross and 2nd in open unlimited.
What are you planning for next season?
I would like to make my national debut for the 2007 series. I will be practicing throughout the winter at Rausch Creek and most likely racing Motorama. Since i now reside at Susquehanna University i may start to participate more heavily in District 6 as well. Lastly, but certainly not last would be the nationals. I am planning on attending nationals in the northeast and possible a national in another region of the United States.
What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Overcoming the complications of a dislocated shoulder. I have been able to ride and even get faster after my 2005 dislocation of my left shoulder.
