Overview

How I got started

In the 80's my dad raced in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area. When he saw that I was able to ride a bicycle on my own, he purchased me my first bike, a brand new PW 50. Since then I fell in love with the sport and could not get enough of it.

Goals for the Future

My goal this year for Gold Cup and Winter Am's is to improve my placings, confidence, and starts in every race. In the end my overall goal is to make it to the main at the Winter Olympics and to ultimitaly qualify for Loretta Lynn's in the Motocross stock and modified classes.

Bio

Describe your style...

If I had to pick anyone who my riding style resembles it would have to be either Davi Millsaps or Kevin Windham. Both Davi and Windham are taller riders like myself while over the years I have tried to watch and study their body positioning on their bikes to help better myself. I feel that like Windham I am a smooth and consistant.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

This year I have gotten my work and schoold schedule based around training and racing. Right now I am racing almost every weekend while on Monday, Wednesday, Fridays I start off the day with a road bike ride while following it with a gym workout using free weights and machines. The two days left of the week, Tuesday and Thursday, I have school in the morning and then go to different tracks to practice and train.

Competitive Highlights

In 2007 I qualified for the Southeast and Northeast regional Loretta Lynn's Qualifiers.
