Australia With DC and TWS
Kangaroos, wambats, gum trees, and snow. This is my second time to Australia and what a great country it is. The trip started out with the DC team flying out of LAX into Sydney, with a huge rainstorm waiting for us to arrive we were quick to get out of the city and make the 5 hour mission up to Perisher, Thredbo, and Jindabyne. Our first day on snow was spent at Thredbo crusing around the mountain and making our way through all the parks. The second day we headed to Perisher. Priscilla Levac and I spent the day getting our feet under us again at the baby park, which was so fun! The third day was Slopestyle practice for the Burton Ausralian Open. This was the day I dislocated my elbow! Yikes. Things could always be worse, but now I am just along as a cheerleader as the rest of the team cruises around shooting photos. Joe and Evan from Transworld are traveling around with us documenting the action. Transworld Snowboarding Australia

Enjoying Summer
Mammoth is one beautiful place during the summer and there is always something to do. The past couple weeks have been spent hiking, biking, and wake surfing. There was also a huge rain storm that gave us a chance to shoot some fun photos. Summertime is in full effect! Photos by Peter Morning

The sun was shinning bright, and Mammoth was becoming bare of snow as all of us ladies traversed from the middle of Dry Creek over to chair five at Mammoth. May 22nd to the 25th proved to be an amazing showing in women's snowboarding. This year the Mammoth crew put together a great set up and the ladies were throwing down some serious tricks. With a jump/transfer, an awesome hip, a step-up (over a fence), and a 22 foot quarterpipe, there was something for all of us to do. Check back for more info and new photos.

Japan 07'
From February 12th to the 26th Japan was my new home. Once I landed in Tokyo I met up with the Oakley girls and John, the filmer for Float. Float is an all girls movie which will document about 8 trips throughout the season and will be distributed through magazines all over the world in the 2007-2008 season. This trip was partially for that video and also for the Nippon Open. We started on the North island of Hokkiado, and filmed in Niseko for a week. We had about 4 days of fresh snow, which left us with great powder and time to get creative with pillows and tree jibs. Next we moved down to Alts Bandai for the Nippon Open. Complete 180!! There wasn't much snow at the resort but there were 4 days of perfectly blue skies. The slopestyle contest was a jump and a hip, but really fun. I made it through qualifiers but fell in Semi's. All in all the trip was amazing. :) amazing and Then we moved

New Zealand
In August of 2006 I went to New Zealand to get some time on snow. This incredible trip was definitely one to remember. Surrounded by many of the athletes from the ski and snowboard industry, there was always a great time to be had. Despite the frequent wind and rain, this was one of the most entertaining trips I have ever been on.

Australia
From the middle of July till the second week of August 2005 I went to Australia to tour around and snowboard at some of their local mountains. Throughout my 3 week stay, I was able to visit Mt. Buller, which is a smaller resort but only about 3 hours North of Melbourne. This resort held Australian Xgames, where I placed 1st in Halfpipe. Later in my trip I went up to Perisher Blue Resort, which is probably about 8 hours North of Melbourne. The trip was amazing and in the midst of taking finals for school, I got to see the sites and tons of Kangaroos.
