I just got back from Oak Hill and had a blast out there. I ended up with top ten finishes in 4 out of my 5 classes. I got 9th in both 65 10-11 Stock and Mod, and 3rd in 65 Open 7-11. I was definitly a top five competitor in all three 65 classes, but a few mistakes here and there cost me. On my 85, I got 10th in 85 7-11 Stock and 22nd in 7-11 Mod. I had a blast out in Texas, and hope to continue doing well in my upcoming area and regional qualifiers. Thanks for all of your support.

Durin mid-October I traveled up to Branson Missouri for the amatuer Mx national they were holding. I raced my 65 in three classes, 65 9-11 Stock, Mod, and 65 Open. I also raced 85 7-11 Stock and Mod. I was easily one of the top two fastest 65 riders there, but had a little trouble keeping it on two wheels. I shouldv'e had more podiums and maybe even a championship, but three top-fives is still awesome. I even won two motos- one in 65 open and one on the 85! It was a great race and I'm ready to take home the gold at the Mini-Olympics.

Yesterday, September 17th, 2006, Keith competed at the South Carolina State Championships at Camp Coker Mx Park. He took home one championship in the 65cc 7-11 despite a class full of fast racers. He won the championship by overcoming some small injuries sustained during his first 85 moto that left him sore and bruised up pretty bad. Keith went 1-2 in the class giving him the first overall even though he fell during the second moto. Although he had some trouble in his first 80 moto and the 65 10-11 motos, that left him with a fourth overall in the 65 10-11 class, he ran awesome in his second 80 moto finishing a very strong third place behind two Loretta Lynn racers. Overall, after taking a few weeks to train hard and get back into shape, Keith had an awesome weekend racing and had a ton of fun!

Keith took home two North Carolina State Championships today at Devils Ridge MX Park in Sanford, North Carolina. He swept all four motos in both of his classes, the 65cc 10-11 and the 65cc 7-11 class. Also Keith has qualified in four different classes in the Southeast and Northeast Region and soon will be heading to other regions to qualify too.
