My Name is James Coffman. I Live in Kent, Ohio and I started out with a 1996 Chevy Cavalier that was wrecked in the rear quarter panel. The reason why i bought the car wrecked was because i wanted a challenge.  I only paid $700 for the car and it was the cheapest newer style cavalier i could find and i really wanted it.  it was hit by an SUV and the damage was pretty bad.  Me and my dad were able to fix that problem because i went to school For welding and i was able to buy a brand new quarter panel from G.M. for around $230.  After that i drilled out the original spot welds on the wrecked quarter panel and i removed it from the car and i repaired the inner quarter panel, then i welded in the new Quarter panel.  Then once that was done we progressed even more and i bought a bodykit for it.  The front bumper is a Bomex and the side skirts are Bomex as well, the rear bumper is from Aerogear. I then got a Standard Summit racing muffler since i found out the factory muffler had a hole in it.  I also bought a SS style ram air hood and a Terminator 3 wing from JSP.  I also added an APC air intake.  Then i changed the Tails to Carbon fiber Altezza Tails.  I also removed the factory molding and Chevrolet logos.  I lowered the car with a set of Goldlines 2" Lowering springs.  Then i got 17" RS Limited rims that i got powdercoated black chrome and then i painted the outside rim Silver.  Then i bought a set of rain guards and side window louvers.  I also bought a set of Black corner lights and Black projector headlights.  Then i put in white face guages with a Carbon fiber guage overlay.  Then i added a DUAL fold down Cd player.  I changed the interior to a Z24 interior so it would match the outside of the car.  Then i later added a set of Carbon fiber M3 mirrors.  I thank my dad for all the help he has given me on this car.   My future plans for this car is to get Lambo doors on it.  I also want to put Toyota Cavalier tailights on.  Later on possibly an in dash DVD player.  I also want to get a really nice sound system for it. 

 

With your help i can turn this car into an even more unique Cavalier.  I would like to have another air intake for my car.  I would also like to add some other performance stuff as well and a brake kit for it.  I would also like to get another hood possibly a Carbon Fiber Hood.  My plan is to make it one that is way different from all of them.  I will be glad to help boost your company's Exposure by telling my customers that i help out at my work.  I work at Advance Auto Parts.  I will also be willing to pass out flyers and attend Car shows.  I will even ad your company to my signature on the websites that i am a part of.  I will even make a post on my myspace about you company so more people can see what an awesome company you guys are.
