The b.c. amatuer nationals were held in agassiz. Day one was perfect riding conditions with rain in the morning and sun in the afternoon. Practice was good and i stayed upright so thats a bonus. In the first moto i surprised myself with an 8th place finish in my first race of the year. In the second moto i rode smart and got another 8th place. Day 2 was not looking good with rain all night long. practice was super fun and i was looking forward to the third moto. In the third moto i rode hard and smart to stay upright. I was quickly reeling in 6th place when i jumped onto a step on step off and my chain snapped. that was a dnf for moto 3. Luckily i have an old 2002 kx 85 for a practice bike and it is a stock bike. I rode the wheels off that thing and was only able to manage a 10th place overall which was the last trophy spot. I would like to thank my sponsors Gateway powersports, Utopia goggles, sixsixone, canadian kawasaki, and rmr suspensions. Jesse Miller #162
