Well the Nationals are over.  Just when I finally got my act together at Unadilla and qualified with the 11th fastest time, I end up crashing into Georke and hurting myself.  I decided to give southwick and steelcity a try but my even though my head thought  I was ready my body decided I wasn't.  Now it's time to turn my attention to getting ready for SX, but before I can do that I need to take some time to let my foot heel completely.
