I have raced in four Ironman races and Ironman Coeur D'alane definitely takes the title as the toughest yet. I raced successfully and finished in 10:48. This was not my goal time but I am happy with the outcome. What made the race tough was the weather; windy throughout the course and cold rain at the end. I enjoyed the added challenge and know that the weather builds character and really makes you focus more. The course was beautiful and there was so much local support.

I wanted to thank my sponsors; Power Crunch, Live Wire, Beljum Budder, Fluid, Gizmo, and Rocky Mountain Roastery.

Next up...Ironman Arizona...November 09.

The 2008 Ford Ironman Arizona was a successful race for me. I achieved my goal of breaking the 11 hour mark. I ran my fastest marathon time of 3:12. Overall, I am happy and looking forward to the 2009 season. I would like to thank Dedicated Athlete, Fluid, Sock Guy, Beljum Budder, and Power Crunch for sponsoring me and supporting me through 2008.

What an awesome race. It was amazing to see the quality of the competitors at the Louisville Ironman. I am very pleased with the results for my second full distance event. I am looking forward to getting back to work to further improve my time for the Arizona Ironman in November.

I wanted to thank my sponsors for their support. Thank you Nuun, Fiber Wise, Sock Guy, Dedicate Athlete, and Fluid.

It was a great experience racing the Auburn World's Toughest Half-Iron. The course was scenic, beautiful, and challenging. On top of that...97 degree temps! Overall it was a lot of fun. I wanted to thank my sponsors for once again fueling me though this tough race. Thanks Fiber wise, Nuun, Dedicated Athlete, Fluid, and Power Crunch. Thanks to Sock Guy for padding my feet on the run. It is now time to rest, train, and get ready for the Louisville Ironman in August.

Aloha

The first triathlon of the season went well. I am happy with my results; 11th overall and 3rd in 30-34 age group. A finish time of 5 hours and 31 minutes. I wanted to take the time to thank my sponsors Sock Guy, NUUN, Fiberwise Pasta, Dedicated Athlete, Power Crunch, and Fluid for powering me through a tough half-iron course.

I wanted to also thank the Rage Tri crew for putting on a successful and challenging race. Thank you to my girlfriend Jan for supporting me. I am looking forward to my next race...the Auburn Triathlon- Half-iron coming up May 19th in Auburn, California.

Aloha

Moab 100 Ultra-run

I want to give thanks to my sponsors; Sock Guy, Nuun, Fiberwise Pasta, Dedicated Athlete, and Power Crunch. You helped power me through an extremely difficult 26 hours and 19 minutes of the Moab 100. This race was quite possibly the biggest challenge I have faced. I want to thank Gemini Adventures for organizing a difficult, yet beautiful and stunning Moab 100. There really is nothing like getting your butt kicked by some of the most beautiful terrain and scenery in the world.

I a looking forward to the Rage Half-Iron Tri coming up April 19. Once again Thanks to everyone out there supporting me; especially my family and Jen.

The 23rd running of the L.A. Marathon was a positive experience. It was fun running throughout L.A. and there was plenty of support from spectators and racers alike. I wanted to take the time to thank my wonderful sponsors; Power Crunch, Nuun, Sock Guy, Fiberwise Pasta, and Dedicated Athlete. Your support and products carried me to a personal best 2:51:58 marathon finish time. I finished 53rd overall out of 17,000 finishers. I finished 12th in the 30-34 age group. I am looking forward to my next endeavor...the Moab 100 which will be held on March 29th.

I am so happy with the way everything turned out yesterday at the 50 mile run.  The course was no joke. I want to say thanks to my sponsors and to Joyce, the one who organized the race. I also want to say congrats to all the people who competed yesterday with not only an extremely hilly course but with weather that was unforgiving. I can't wai tot do it again!

I can't wait to add some more races... I have plans to run a 150 mile race in June.  Also it will be nice to add one more ironman.  I am also thrilled that I have attained my first sponsor through this website. It is only up from here. Thanks Nuun.
