Why do you like this sport?

Three chances to do well at something. It hurts to go fast, and the payback for the Olympic distance races is not as much. If you are going to spend hours and hours training, you may as well be on the course for 11 hours.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

Currently training for IMLP. Right now, it's Tuesday: morning- easy bike spin 1.5 hrs, evening - running drills, tempo, hills, the stuff that hurts. Wednesday: swim drills, technique. Thursday: morning- hard bike intervals and drills. Friday: long swim. Saturday: morning swim and long bike with TT effort or BRick. Sunday: long run with race effort intervals.
