Q&A - Competition

How did you get started?

My Dad raced for a short time when I was little. When I was in highschool I knew people who raced. I played football until I got hurt in college then I got in to racing hard core!!

List your competitive highlights

46 wins to date. 25th in 1997 IMCA Late Model National Points. We have finished in the Top 10 in Points 12 out of the 15 years we competed for Point Titles.

What are you planning for next season?

Race in dirt late model events in my region both weekly and special events. Hopefully win a championship

What has been your biggest accomplishment?

My family -- hands down the best accomplishment I have done.

The thrill of taking a piece of machinery, working on it and seeing who is fastest. Also seeing if your driving ability can win

What has been your most embarrassing moment?

Rolling my car when I was in the top five.

Why do you like this sport?

Meeting people both working with sponsors and the fans. I have traveled a lot and have developed some great friendships from my racing involvement.
