My Friends

Overview

How I got started

I began riding a motorcycle at 4 years old, one year before my parents finally taught me how to ride a bicycle. Once I started racing, I was hooked. My first bike was a Honda XR-50. I raced it for about a year winning locally then my dad decided to move me up, so he bought me a 2002 Cobra cm 50. It was a big difference, alot more power and I could do the jumps alot better. I really liked the change and that I could go alot faster. We raced locally for a little while then we started traveling and started doing nationals.

Goals for the Future

Next, year I will be making the move to 65`s full-time. Although, I will be the youngest in the class, my goal is to run at the front of the pack all season. I will step up my training program and will be able to visit the Carmichael Kamp a few times next year as well. I have made Staight "A"s in school and I will work very hard to maintain those grades while training and traveling.

Bio

What inspires you to compete?

I started racing because it look like it would be fun and then I started winning. So I started training and traveling alot and really liked it. I like to watch Kevin Windham race so I can learn new things and style. One day I want to become just like Kevin Windham. I want to be on top, on the poduim.

Why do you like this sport?

I like motorcross because it`s fun, I like winning, going to different places and meeting new friends. I`m very lucky to have a chance to race and make my dream of being a pro dirt bike rider come true.

Some Personal Information About Me:

I am in 4th grade, and I love to read. I love to motorcross. It`s a great family sport I really enjoy riding with my two brothers. We love meeting new people we have made some great friends in this sport and I have learned so much. My family really supports me. I try really hard at every thing I do. My mom and dad says no matter what you choose in life if you give a 100% you will suceed. So no matter what I do, I do not give up I just try harder. So in motorcross I might fall down, but I just get up and try harder. I enjoy riding my bicycle and playing video games with my brothers.

Do you train? What does your schedule look like?

I run with my mom 11/2 -2miles every moring before school. We have extra time after dropping off my brothers at school in the morning about an hour so we started walking and running at the park in the mornings. In the afternoons I try to practice as much as I can with my brother he`s on a 85, he really pushes me and I really love riding with him. My older brother really helps us out by making us practice drills, and pointing out different things. My dad drills to us that starts and corners win nationals. My schedule consists of the area and Regional Qualifiers for Lorettas as well as Lake Whitney, Our trip to France, Branson, and the Winter Olympics in Florida. I will try to go train with Mrs. Rhonda Summers and Justin Summers as often as I can Justin is super fast and Mrs. Rhonda helps me out a lot.

How's Life Treating You?

Life is great. I love motorcross and racing, traveling and meeting new friends. My dad works really hard to get us around and we have worked really hard has a family to get around to all these races. I work really hard in school, education is 1st. I want to get a good education and be a pro some day. So I know that I have to work really hard at it because it`s like mom and dad says nobody will give you any thing you have to earn it and when you do you can be proud of yourself and enjoy it.
