Thanks Gina. Christmas was great. I am truly blessed. I took 2 days off but got right back to training yesterday. I feel great and should be able to make an impact @ The Gracie Nationals in Jan.

Thanks for the comment. My training is going good. With your advice, I set up a daily training schedule that I am sticking to pretty well. We have had some heavy rain here so there has been no racing for the past couple of weeks. Arghhh! I am doing other cardio on those days to keep my endurance up. Take care...Race hard!
