My Resume

My name is Alex Gillespie. I am a 16 year old from northern NJ and have been riding since I was 6.  I started racing when I was 11 because a good friend of ours, Rich Winkler of Dirt Wurx USA, saw me ride and convinced my parents that I should give it a try.  We bought a KTM 65 and raced the following weekend, I came in 7th. I've worked my way up from there, to win district titles and recently the Pennsylvanina and New York State Championships in the 125C division.  I only raced 6 times as a Novice rider and I am now moving to the Amateur rank.  

I am a  responsible, fun kid to be around and I get along with everyone. Even my competition. I like to compete, and have fun doing it. I think this shows when I am out on the track.  This is one of the reasons I am a good promoter for all my sponsors. I represent them in a professional manner and enjoy doing it . I am looking forward to riding, racing and improving my abilitlies in every way possible for the new season.
