I'm not sure why I didn't put this on here before but on July 8th 2006 I went with my friend Britt to a track in Lexington Georgia called Rollin Haven and it was an awesome track but because it was s hot the track was pretty dry and dusty. Well I rode around and got used to the track and some of the jumps, then I started trying some of the other jump. Well there was this triple right out of a 180 corner and had been doubling it and I wanted to try and triple it. Well I tried it once and cased it but oh well no big deal, I decided to try it again later I came out of the corner, had to short shift to 3rd and dumped the clutch. Back then I didn't know how to seat bounce jumps so I hit it standing up and landed right on top of the landing and it bounced me off and turned my bike sideways. I didn't have the sense to bail so I held on close my eyes and thought "this is gonna hurt". Well it did I ended up getting a concussion and breaking 3 of the bones in my left foot. I wasn't able to ride until Mid October so I was out for about 3 months and I didn't race until mid November. I did a couple more races on my 02 and it just wasn't up to par with the other bikes so my mom got me my 07 YZ250F.

Go check out my new video of me hitting the triple at Twin Peaks.

Last Saturday at Twin Peaks MX I got second overall in the 125 begginer class. In the 2nd moto I got the holeshot and started pulling away from the rest of the pack so i'm thinking about moving up to C class but i'm not sure just yet, let me know what ya'll think.

Saturday night didn't really go the way I wanted, in practice this guy nocked me down in a corner but no big deal its only practice. In the first moto I had the holeshot and the same guy that nocked me down in practice ran into me again and I fell back to 5th or 6th and by the end of the moto I was in 4th. Second moto I killed my bike coming off the gate, i'm dead last out of 12 people and they are already heading up the hill in front of the grandstand before I even get my bike to start. I rode as hard as I could and made up it up to 6th and fought for the guy in front of me all the way to the last jump but he barely stayed ahead of me.

My brother Robby Gravitt tried to hit a double backwards(use the landing as the takeoff) on a 4-wheeler and didn't make it. The front of the 4-wheeler caught the top of the jump that they both went flipping. He didn't get hurt really bad but he hit his head pretty good and broke his left colar bone, so he'll be out of comission for a little while.
