  The date was Jan. 24th. It was a cool morning in Suprise, AZ. I was at Speedworld this
weekend for the Redline Cup Qualifier with my two boys. I had just changed the gearing
on my bike with no time to try it out. First moto came.  There was 8 riders in the gate. I
placed third and only the first two advanced to the main. Second moto came. I took
the holeshot out of the gate.  Going into the second set of doubles, that's when fate took
over.  As I went over the doubles, I slipped a pedal and over the bars I went. Upon impact,
I saw a bright light. I thought I was dead. Come to find out, I just broke my hand and
cracked a rib. Guess that's why you have lots of ribs.  Anyways, I got back up and finished
my race. Needless to say, I did not advance. My racing weekend had ended prematurely.
Atleast I didn't cry............ until i got to the hotel.  The End.

 

Finally back on the track, now it's time to get back in the mix!
