Overview

How I got started

I started doing off road Triathlon`s in 2004.  For the prior 8 years I was battling a disease called Crohn's.  It is a Inflammatory Bowel disease with no know cure.  In 2003 my doctors were able to medicate me to the point where I could sustain a better quality of life.  With Three months to train I competed and finished my first sprint distance off road triathlon.  In 2005 I competed in three Xterra off road triathlons and qualified for the National championships.  In 2006 I competed in Eight races across the country and ended up in the top five in my age group in the Northeast and qualified for the natioanl championship.

Goals for the Future

I plan on competing Nationally and Internationally in several races within the Xterra Off Road Triathlon point series . I also plan to take part in Mountain bike races, swim meets and local running events through out the year to sharpen my racing skills in each discipline.
