Our Code of Conduct

Code of Conduct

I will do my best to insure all participants and spectators have fun at our track, treat them with respect and avoid negative criticism.

I will teach all kids the skills of the sport, the values of teamwork, and the meaning of good sportsmanship.

I will lead by example, always demonstrate good sportsmanship before and after races, and provide encouragement and positive direction to riders.

I will know the racing rules, play by those rules, and do my best to communicate them to other riders and spectators.

I will respect all equipment, facilities, riders, spectators, officials and their authority on the track.

I will never use profanity, abusive language, or threatening behavior towards any participant, spectator, or track official.

I will never carry any form of weapon, use drugs, alcohol, or have any affiliation with a gang.

I will remain in school and maintain good grades.

I will participate in all community service projects,  assist my team in fundraisers, and attend all meetings, gate practices and races.

I will report to the track officials and team director, any perceived misconduct by a parent, participant or team member, so it can be dealt with in an appropriate manner.

I will demonstrate this Code of Conduct both on and off the track, at school, home and anywhere I go.

Comment on Our Team

"I think the "Extreme Strength" program is one of the most innovative and wonderful outreaches to youth I've heard about for a long time!  It is beautifully conceived and I can see how something like this could grow!"

Meet Our Members and Future Members!!

We are NOT the ordinary team!

We are Extreme Strength BMX -- Team Extreme of Klamath Falls
 You have seen our Mission Statement, these are our values.
*  Dedication  *  Teamwork   *  Respect  *
* Sportsmanship *
 We believe:
1) Our children are our future, the future of our country, and the building blocks for generations to come.
2) Our children are a valuable asset, children that can achieve great things; they can stay away from drugs, away from alcohol, out of trouble, in school and off the streets and grow to be successful adults.
3) Any child can take the right path to future success, and it’s never too early to start on that path.

Our goal is to have a team that functions as a family with members helping members, learning bike maintenance, showing respect for others, sportsmanship, and just being there to listen to them when they need to talk to someone.   We would like to have “family days” where children can compete in activities (even against their parents!), have BBQs and just have fun with each other. We will race locally on Friday nights and Sunday afternoons. We will attend gate practice on Wednesday nights, and we plan on attending races at other tracks in Oregon.

We have a few racing bikes that kids can use until they can get their own.  We have a variety of sizes of racing pants that we loan to members. When they are outgrown, we trade sizes with them and make sure they are in good shape for the next team member to use. We help others with bike repairs, share equipment and make the sport as accessible to all children as we can.

Please feel free to contact us at ExtremeStrengthBMX@hotmail.com if you have any questions, live in the Klamath Falls and would like to race, or if you would like to donate an unused racing bike or usable bike parts for our team.  We want to improve the future of as many children as we can!
Come back often to see how our team is doing. Thanks for visiting us! Hope to see you at our track some day!
