What inspires you to compete?
I started racing BMX, and I liked the people I met through racing. BMX was a good thing for me; all I could think about was riding. Because of this, I didn`t have time to get in trouble or be bored. It also taught me a lot about myself and what I could do. I also enjoy talking to the younger riders, teaching them what I know, and seeing them stoked on new things. Also, competing makes me want to be better rider!
Do you train? What does your schedule look like?
I work five, sometimes six days a week from 7am-4pm. After work I ride street or DJ, or go shuttle at the local Crawfish MTB trail. I ride at other locations on the weekends. I usually ride 6-7 days per week, as much as I can.
Music?
I like all kinds of music. I played the cello for five years, and the drums for seven years.
What do you want to be when you grow up?
I want to continue to be a person with a biking-filled life, and I also want to help contribute to our sport...
Schools Attended
I am currently preparing to go to school for video production. If I cannot get more involved in MTB through riding, I would like to pursue a career making MTB movies. I have already made several movies, which I have posted on MTBR. Movies are a hobby for me now, but I would like to make it a career.
