I am out 4-5 months. I am having surgery on my shoulder December 10th. :(
I am out for 1 month! No riding my bike or any exercise with my arm. I have a tear in the tendon in my rotator cuff. One month off the bike and 2x week physical therapy. All because I looped out July 3rd. I def kept trying to not notice the pain but after NBL Grands I just could not take the pain anymore. Got an MRI with dye (that was awful - they shot dye right in my shoulder and took the needle in and out about 6 times - but now at least we know the damage...) Hopefully, it will be healed by my next orthopedic appt Nov 16.
